How does Wellwrist work?
Wellwrist connects to your home Wi-Fi and to the Smart Life app. When the red button is pressed, the app sends an alert to the phones of everyone the wristband is shared with.
Does it call 911?
No. Wellwrist is not a medical device and not a monitored service. It only alerts the family members you add in the app. In an emergency, always call 911.
What do I need to set it up?
A smartphone (iPhone or Android), the Smart Life app and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with internet. Most home routers have 2.4 GHz. Networks with a login page, like in some hotels and residences, won't work.
Does it work outside the house?
It works anywhere your home Wi-Fi reaches: the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen. It has no GPS and no cellular connection, so it doesn't work away from home or out of Wi-Fi range.
Can more than one person get the alert?
Yes. Share the wristband with as many family members as you like in the app. Everyone with notifications on gets the alert.
Does it detect falls?
No. Wellwrist has no fall detection. It sends an alert only when the button is pressed.
Can it get wet?
Yes, a little. It's IP65 splash-resistant, so hand-washing, washing up and rain are fine. Take it off before you swim, bathe or soak.
How do I charge it?
With the charging cable in the box. The app tells you when the battery is low, and we suggest topping it up once a week, on the day you test the button together.
When will it arrive?
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free. Orders leave us in 1 to 5 business days and usually arrive 7 to 21 days after that, with tracking. Outside the US, local import duties or taxes may apply.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email customer.wellwrist@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a new one at no cost, no return needed. If it won't connect to your Wi-Fi, write to us and we'll walk you through the setup.
